petroleum oil filling is a subset of the automotive products industry, there many distinct producers of motor oil with packaging operations that only fill motor oil and none of the other automotive products such as cleaners, additives, etc. These dedicated filling lines produce high volumes of oil products e.g. 10w40 motor oil or chain saw motor oil and are optimized for this kind of production.

The Inline Flowmeter filling machine is fully automatic and suitable for a wide spectrum of products. With the appropriate interchangeable nozzles, the machine can be set up for bottom-up fill, top fill or neck entry. As there are no moving parts, the machine is easily cleaned and most suited to hygienic filling applications. This machine can be supplied as semi-automatic or fully automatic depending on production requirements. We can supply these machines as a module, making it easy to add extra heads at a later date, as and when production increases. Available from 2- 12 filling heads.
