TOOTHPASTE MANUFACTURING MIXER consists of a Main Manufacturing Vessel also known as Contra Mixer. Contra Mixer as the name suggest works on the principle of Contra rotation of Blades for simultaneous beating and scraping operation. The mixer is highly versatile and mostly used for manufacturing Tooth Paste, Creams, Cosmetics and other viscous products.

Toothpaste Manufacturing Plant is an ideal tool for the pharmaceutical & cosmetic industries for the production of Ointment, Cream, Lotions, Tooth Paste & other emulsions & homogenizations. Different toothpastes can be produced with this line. The operation can be manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic.

Our Toothpaste Making Plant consist of 3 vessel system, water phase, oil phase and manufacturing vessel, system is complete with slow speed agitator, high speed mixer etc. All these make our Toothpaste Making Plant widely used in the Tooth Paste, Gel, Ointment, Syrup and Shampoo packaging units. All the parts in our Toothpaste Making Plant are made from finest quality raw materials. All contact parts are made out of SS 304/ SS 316 quality material.
The plant is equipped with an electrical control panel with digital temperature indicators and digital timers.
All material transfers are done by vacuum or by transfer pumps.
Hydraulic power pack with cylinders is provided for lowering and lifting movement of top cover with stirrers drive assembly.
