4. Product Container: In some fluid bed dryers, a separate container is used to hold the material to be dried, and this container is placed inside the fluidization chamber. This allows for easy loading and unloading of materials.

5. Control System: Modern fluid bed dryers are equipped with sophisticated control systems that monitor and adjust parameters such as temperature, airflow, and drying time to ensure optimal drying conditions.

The drying process in a fluid bed dryer works as follows:

1. The material to be dried is fed into the fluidization chamber.

2. Hot air is introduced from below through the perforated plate or air distribution system. As the air rises, it carries the solid particles with it, creating a fluidized bed.

3. The hot air heats and evaporates the moisture from the material, effectively drying it.

4. The dried material is removed from the fluid bed dryer through the outlet port.
